Responsibilities

· Plan, execute and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.

· Manage Google Ads campaigns when required.

· Improve CPL and ROAS.

· Build audience, retargeting and lookalike campaigns.

· Coordinate with designers for creatives.

· Prepare weekly campaign reports.

· Implement WhatsApp automation for lead nurturing.

· Configure Instagram and Facebook automated responses.

· Integrate Meta Lead Forms with CRM and WhatsApp.

· Continuously optimize conversion funnels.

· Design & Content Creation

Requirements

· 3–5years in Performance Marketing.

· Strong Meta Ads expertise.

· Knowledge of Google Ads.

· Lead generation experience.

· Understanding of Meta Pixel, Conversion API and event tracking.

· Experience with WhatsApp Business automation and CRM integrations.

· Analytical mindset.

Preferred Skills

· GA4

· Google Tag Manager





· Looker Studio

· Zapier/Make

· Startup or sports industry experience
