Performance Marketing & E-commerce Executive

Location : Vikhroli, Mumbai

Experience :- 2-4 years of hands-on Performance/Digital Marketing experience.

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline, preferably BBA/BMS/B.Com/Marketing/Digital Marketing/E-commerce. A certification in Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing will be an added advantage.

Working Days & Hours :- Monday to Saturday ( 2nd & 4th Saturday off) / 9.30 am to 6.30 pm

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is analytical, hands-on, commercially minded, proactive, and focused on revenue and profitability rather than vanity metrics. The candidate should be comfortable personally managing advertising platforms and making data-driven decisions.

Required Skills:

- Robust experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Experience with Amazon Ads / Amazon Seller Central preferred.
- Experience in E-commerce / D2C / physical consumer products.
- Good knowledge of GA4, ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM, AOV, ACOS and TACOS.
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets and analytical skills.
- Understanding of conversion tracking and CRO.
- Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel,



Shopify/WooCommerce and Merchant Center experience will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and optimize Meta Ads, Google Ads, Amazon Ads, and remarketing campaigns.
- Plan campaigns, manage budgets, conduct keyword/audience research, and optimize performance.
- Improve ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
- Manage the website conversion funnel and identify CRO opportunities.
- Manage Amazon advertising, keywords, product listings, ACOS/TACOS, and sales growth.
- Track and report revenue, ad spend, ROAS, CAC, AOV, conversion rate, and campaign performance.
- Work with creative teams on performance-focused ads, videos, UGC, and product creatives.
- Monitor agency performance and gradually bring campaign management in-house.
- Conduct regular growth experiments across audiences, keywords, products, offers, creatives, and landing pages.
