PERFORMANCE MARKETING ASSOCIATE

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Performance Marketing Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of paid advertising and a strong interest in learning and growing in performance marketing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Assist in planning and executing campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Monitor campaign performance and assist with daily optimization.
- Conduct keyword, audience, and competitor research.
- Assist in setting up campaigns, ad sets, targeting, budgets, and bidding.
- Track key metrics such as CPL, CPC, CTR, CPA, and ROAS.
- Assist in A/B testing of ad creatives, copies, audiences, and campaigns.
- Coordinate with the creative and content teams for ad creatives.
- Analyze campaign data and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular campaign performance reports.
- Assist with lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns.




- Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in digital advertising.
- Support the Performance Marketing team in achieving campaign and business objectives.

REQUIREMENTS
- 6 Months – 1 Year of experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing.
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Understanding of digital advertising, lead generation, and campaign optimization.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of metrics such as CPC, CPL, CTR, CPA, and ROAS.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
