Role Description The Performance Marketer/Specialist will manage and optimize paid campaigns across digital channels to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue for D2C, fashion, and sneaker brands. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and executing performance marketing strategies, monitoring campaign performance, analyzing data, and implementing A/B tests to improve ROAS and customer acquisition metrics.

The role will collaborate with brand, creative, and merchandising teams to align marketing initiatives with product launches, promotions, and overall brand positioning.

The Performance

Marketer/Specialist will also support budgeting,



reporting, and performance forecasting to ensure efficient use of marketing spend. This is a full-time on-site role based in New Delhi.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in performance marketing, including paid search, paid social, and display advertising for D2C and fashion/sneaker brands.
- Ability to analyze campaign data, interpret metrics such as CTR, CPA, and ROAS, and generate actionable insights for optimization.
- Experience with marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, analytics dashboards, and basic tracking/attribution setups.
- Capability to collaborate with creative and brand teams to develop effective ad copy, visual concepts, and campaign ideas aligned with brand identity.
- Solid understanding of e-commerce funnels, remarketing strategies, and audience segmentation for customer acquisition and retention.
- Robust communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present performance reports and recommendations clearly.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a quick-paced retail/fashion environment with tight timelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; experience in fashion, streetwear, or sneaker-focused brands is an advantage.
