Job Summary

Lead Performance Testing and Performance Engineering activities with 5+ years of experience in performance testing. Gather NFRs and performance requirements, and develop test strategies, plans, workload models, and estimates.

Responsibilities

- Develop and execute performance tests using tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, NeoLoad, or BlazeMeter.

- Analyze test results, server statistics, and resource utilization to identify application and infrastructure bottlenecks.

- Use monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Current Relic, Wily, and SiteScope for performance analysis.

- Troubleshoot complex issues including memory leaks, hung threads, application crashes, CPU/memory bottlenecks, and performance degradation.

- Execute Load, Stress, Endurance, Volume, Spike, Baseline, Failover, and Disaster Recovery testing.

- Analyze AWR and performance reports,



provide root cause analysis, and recommend performance tuning and optimization.

- Integrate performance testing with Azure DevOps, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines, leveraging AI tools to improve testing efficiency.

- Lead a team of 3-4 members and prepare WSR, MMR, and QBR reports, while applying Agile practices and expertise in Python, Machine Learning, NLP, classification models, and prompt engineering.
