Performance Engineer

Location - Bangalore (Chennai and Hyderabad also can be considered)

What we're looking for:

✔ 8–12 years in engineering, with at least 5 years focused on Performance Engineering / SRE, with real DB-level depth on a live production estate

✔ Experience with PHP and MySQL is a robust plus

✔ Proven track record scaling large web applications supporting tens of thousands+ concurrent users

✔ Hands-on with high transaction volumes and strict response-time requirements

✔ Performance engineering experience across large government, banking, telecom, e-commerce, insurance, or enterprise platforms

✔ Comfortable analyzing live production systems — not just executing scripted load tests

✔ Implemented observability on at least one hyperscaler (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure strongly preferred)





✔ Worked closely with application architects, database architects, DevOps, infrastructure, and development teams to resolve performance problems

✔ Solid grasp of distributed systems and scalability patterns

✔ Battle-tested — comfortable fronting demanding customers/SMEs and driving active incident response and root cause analysis

✔ Experience rescuing an estate that was crumbling under severe load
