Role Description The People and Culture Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role is responsible for designing and implementing people-focused initiatives, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.
The People and Culture Manager will oversee HR policies and processes, ensure compliance with applicable regulations,
and support leaders in building inclusive, high-performing teams. Day-to-day activities include partnering with management to understand workforce needs, facilitating learning and development programs, managing employee relations, and driving culture-building projects that align with naise’s mission and values. The role will also involve tracking HR metrics, coordinating internal communications related to people initiatives, and continuously improving employee experience across the organization.
Qualifications
- Experience in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and HR operations.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement employee engagement, culture-building, and change management initiatives.
- Knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance requirements, and best practices in a quick-paced tech or startup environment.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to build trust across diverse teams.
- Experience with HR information systems, people analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup, balancing in-office collaboration in Bengaluru with remote work.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; advanced certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are a plus.
- Prior experience in AI, SaaS, or technology-led organizations and an interest in AI-driven ways of working are beneficial.
