: We are seeking a energetic and experienced People Business Partner to join our People team. This role is pivotal in driving our People strategy, leveraging technology to enhance people processes, and fostering strong partnerships across the organisation.

Who will you be working with

This role is within the People Team, reporting to Head of People. You will closely collaborate with People Partners, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Finance BI teams. This role will collaborate and partner closely with one of the largest team in India.

Work arrangement

We prioritise the value you bring to the team over your location, so you can work from anywhere in India. Regular visits to a hub, satellite, or coworking space are encouraged for team collaboration.



Participation in customer group sessions and people team meetings requires 5 days a month travel.
