Role OverviewAs a

Senior Pega Developer , you will contribute to the design, development, and implementation of Pega-based solutions. Depending on your experience level, you will either support delivery while developing your skills or lead complex initiatives and drive architectural decisions.

Key Responsibilities:Develop and configure Pega applications aligned with business requirementsCollaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environmentsSupport integrations with external systems using REST and SOAP servicesParticipate in code reviews, testing, and debuggingTranslate business requirements into technical solutionsDesign scalable, high-performance Pega solutions and drive architectural decisionsLead Agile development cycles,



including sprint planning and delivery oversightEnsure best practices in Pega implementation and governanceManage complex system integrations (APIs, microservices, REST/SOAP)Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadershipCollaborate with stakeholders to refine complex business requirements

Requirements6-8+ years of hands-on experience in Pega developmentExperience in healthcare, insurance, banking or lifesciences industriesStrong expertise in Pega architecture, design patterns, and frameworksProven experience delivering end-to-end solutions in Agile environmentsAdvanced knowledge of integrations (REST/SOAP, APIs, microservices)Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and leadership skillsExcellent communication and mentoring capabilities
