Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Pega LSA Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Pega platform capabilities and will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Pega applications. This role requires a strong focus on delivering high-quality solutions that meet business requirements while adhering to best practices in software development.

Responsibilities:

- Analyse business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Pega applications.
- Design and develop Pega applications using Pega LSA methodologies and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Pega solutions with existing systems.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to enhance code quality.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
- Stay updated with the latest Pega technologies and industry trends to ensure the team is leveraging the best tools and practices.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Pega applications.




- Document technical specifications, design decisions, and application architecture for future reference.

Mandatory Skills:

- Proficiency in Pega LSA (Lead System Architect) methodologies and practices.
- Solid understanding of Pega platform features, including case management, business process management, and user interface design.
- Experience in designing and implementing Pega applications that meet business needs.
- Ability to analyse complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools for Pega applications.
- Knowledge of additional programming languages or frameworks that complement Pega development.
- Experience in performance tuning and optimization of Pega applications.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in Pega development or architecture are a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
