Roles and Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and develop solutions using Pega platform.
- Design, implement, and maintain complex business rules and processes within the Pega system.
- Develop test plans, execute tests, and debug issues to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Provide technical guidance to junior team members on best practices for working with Pega tools.
Job Requirements :
- 8-12 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum) and ability to work collaboratively in an iterative setting.
- Proficiency in Pega development tools such as PRPC, BPMN, Decision Strategies etc. .
- Experience with data modeling techniques for designing scalable databases.
