Description

Aurora Energy Research is replacing IrisHR with SAP SuccessFactors, with go-live planned for Q1 2027. This is a fixed-term role dedicated to testing the new platform across our global entities as part of our second iteration test phase.

You will be the person who finds the problems before our employees do. Every process that P&C; runs has to work correctly in the recent system on day one, in all countries with different rules. Your job is to prove that it does, and to be precise about what doesn't.

This role is offered as a fixed-term contract (2 Months) tied to the Testing phase of implementation. It will not extend beyond the project.

Key Responsibilities

Test execution

- Execute system integration testing, regression testing and end-to-end process testing across all countries
- Validate country-specific configuration - local employment terms, statutory fields, leave rules, approval hierarchies and reporting requirements

Defect management

- Log,



reproduce and prioritise defects with enough detail that the implementation partner can act without a follow-up conversation
- Track defects to closure, retest fixes, and maintain a clear view of what is open, what is resolved and what is a known limitation

Data and cutover support

- Support cutover rehearsal and post-migration verification

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Essential

- Genuine attention to detail, and the discipline to follow a script fully rather than stopping at the first thing that works
- Clear written communication - a defect report that someone else can act on without asking you what you meant
- Ability to work independently and manage your own testing queue against a fixed deadline

Desirable

- Direct experience with SAP SuccessFactors, particularly Time Off
- Experience with test management or defect tracking tools
- Exposure to a full implementation lifecycle from design
