Description
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to support informed decision-making
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, iterate on designs, and continuously improve reporting solutions
- Translate business requirements into scalable Power BI data models, reports, and visualizations aligned with defined KPIs
- Develop complex DAX measures and calculated columns to support advanced analytics, trend analysis, and performance tracking
- Integrate data from multiple sources and collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure robust data pipelines and refresh schedules
- Implement best practices in Power BI, including row-level security, workspace management, and access controls
- Conduct testing, troubleshoot issues,
and optimize report performance to ensure a seamless user experience o Document data models, business logic, and reporting standards to support maintainability and knowledge transfer
