Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage payroll processing, including preparing and submitting payroll reports to clients.

- Ensure statutory compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to expatriate employees' salaries.

- Calculate TDS (Tax Deduction at Source) deductions from employee salaries accurately.

- Coordinate with HR team to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to payroll data.

Job Requirements :

- 3-6 years of experience in payroll management, preferably in an IT services & consulting industry.

- Proficiency in SAP or SuccessFactors software for managing payroll processes.

- Robust understanding of TDS calculation and statutory compliance requirements for expat employees.
