Role Description This full-time, in office Payroll Executive role is based in Lucknow.

The Payroll

Executive will manage end-to-end payroll processing, including validating inputs, calculating salaries, and ensuring accurate and timely disbursements.

Responsibilities include maintaining payroll records, handling statutory compliances, coordinating with finance and HR teams, and resolving employee payroll queries in a professional manner. The role also involves preparing payroll reports, supporting audits, and continuously improving payroll processes for efficiency and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage monthly payroll processing, attendance, leave, overtime and salary inputs.
- Handle PF, ESIC, PT, TDS and other statutory payroll compliances.
- Prepare salary sheets, payroll reports and bank transfer files.
- Maintain employee payroll records and resolve salary-related queries.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance and site teams for accurate payroll inputs.




- Ensure timely payroll processing for office and site employees.
- Support payroll audits and statutory inspections as required.
- End to end payroll processing

Qualifications

- Strong payroll operations capabilities, including Payroll Administration and Payroll Processing skills.
- Experience in Payroll Management with a solid understanding of Finance-related aspects of compensation and statutory compliance.
- Effective Communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and addressing employee queries clearly and respectfully.
- Proficiency with payroll software and MS Excel, including working with formulas, reports, and reconciliations.
- Attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and the ability to work with confidential information responsibly.
- Prior experience in a payroll or HR operations role; exposure to Indian payroll regulations and taxation is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, HR, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
