Skills Required:

- Engage with business stakeholders to gather and analyze functional and non-functional requirements.
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for enhancements and current features.
- Support functional testing, UAT coordination, and release validation for payment-related initiatives.
- Ensure alignment with compliance, risk, and regulatory requirements.

•Translate business needs into actionable items for technology teams.

•Ensure vendors are familiarize with the BRD/FRD

•E2E testing support for project and production fixes

Mandatory skills

- E2E payment flow right from channel to gateway and vise-a-versa




- SWIFT MT and MX message formats
- At least one high value and low value payments processing knowledge
- International payments

•Knowledge of one of the payments engine (GPP/ Finacle payment etc.)
