Role Senior Software Engineer / Lead Requrement Payment Product Manager Experience 8+ years Location Hyderabad Work Mode Hybrid (2 / 3 days WFO) Shift Timing General (11 AM to 8 PM) Key Responsibilites - Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, including product vision, roadmap definition, feature prioritization, and delivery.

- Translate customer needs, market opportunities, and business priorities into scalable product solutions.

- Partner with engineering, design, data, and operations teams to build and launch platform capabilities across payments, wallets, lending, and merchant ecosystems.

- Manage the product backlog and roadmap using agile methodologies, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

- Define and track product performance metrics, leveraging data and analytics to drive product improvements and growth.

- Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on product strategy and execution.

- Drive continuous innovation and experimentation to enhance customer experience and platform capabilities.

Required Skills - Strong experience in product management within banking, fintech, payments,



or digital financial platforms.

- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver products from concept through launch and scaling.

- Experience managing product roadmaps, backlogs, and agile delivery processes.

- Ability to translate customer insights and market trends into product features and capabilities.

- Strong analytical mindset with experience using data and metrics to inform product decisions.

- Familiarity with digital payments ecosystems, credit cards, wallets, merchant solutions, lending platforms, or financial infrastructure. Valuable to Have Skills - Experience working with large-scale payment platforms or financial services ecosystems.

- Exposure to platform-based product models and API-driven products.
