Role Description This is a full-time, Payments and Cash Management Subject Matter Expert role The role involves providing deep domain expertise on payment systems and cash management solutions, including advising clients on best practices and regulatory requirements. The SME will analyze business requirements, design solution enhancements, and support implementation, configuration, and testing of Finacle payment and cash management modules.

Daily responsibilities include collaborating with product, engineering, and client teams, preparing functional specifications and documentation,



and supporting issue resolution and continuous improvement. The role also includes conducting workshops, training sessions, and demos for internal stakeholders and client teams to ensure effective adoption of Finacle solutions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret complex financial and operational data.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Payment Processing and broader payments ecosystems (alternate payment rails RTGS, , ACH, Instant payments across geographies , cross-border, and digital payments).
- Candidates should possess solid knowledge relevant to banking, cash management, and reconciliation processes.
- Candidates should possess transparent and professional Communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience in transaction banking, corporate cash management, or digital payments products is highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with banking regulations, risk and compliance requirements, and international payment standards (such as ISO 20022, SWIFT) is an advantage.
- Prior experience as a SME, business analyst, or consultant in banking technology or financial services will be considered an asset.
