Role & responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients with qualified and courteous communication.
- Explain test procedures, timelines, precautions, and reporting processes.
- Guide customers in selecting suitable health packages and promote MedPlus packages.
- Manage token/Q-line systems and ensure patient comfort.
- Coordinate with departments for timely reports and follow up on delays.
- Provide brochures/packages and encourage patient feedback.
Preferred candidate profile
- Good communication skills in Telugu, Hindi & English
- Freshers and candidates with 02 years experience can apply.
Work Agreement: Mandatory 2-year agreement for selected candidates. Selection Process: Written Aptitude Test Personal Interview
