We are looking for an experienced and skilled Pattern Master with strong expertise in baby and kidswear. The ideal candidate should have excellent knowledge of garment construction, pattern development, fitting, sampling, and size grading for children’s clothing.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop accurate patterns for baby & kidswear, including:
- Birthday party dresses
- Frocks & dresses
- Co-ord sets
- Tops & bottoms
- Skirts & shorts
- Rompers & jumpsuits
- Mom–daughter / family matching outfits
- Designer & occasionwear
- Convert designer sketches, references, and measurements into production-ready patterns.
- Develop first patterns, samples, and size sets.
- Ensure proper fit, measurements, proportions, comfort, and finishing.
- Make pattern corrections based on fitting trials and sample feedback.
- Handle pattern grading across different kids’ sizes and age groups.
- Develop patterns suitable for different fabrics, silhouettes, and construction techniques.
- Consider fabric consumption, comfort, movement, and production feasibility.
- Maintain accurate records of patterns, measurements,



grading, and alterations.
- Identify and resolve fitting and construction issues during sampling and production.
- Ensure patterns are suitable for bulk production and maintain consistency across styles.

Required Skills
- Solid knowledge of baby & kidswear pattern making and garment construction.
- Excellent understanding of children’s fit, proportions, comfort, and sizing.
- Knowledge of different silhouettes, sleeves, necklines, collars, gathers, pleats, frills, layers, etc.
- Ability to understand and execute designer concepts and reference images.
- Good knowledge of fabrics and their behaviour during cutting and stitching.
- Ability to work independently and meet sampling deadlines.

Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in kidswear brands, boutiques, designer kidswear, occasionwear, or D2C fashion brands will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
