? We’re Hiring | Patient Counselor

BMT Next at Marengo Asia Hospitals, Gurugram & Faridabad is looking for a Patient Counselor to join our team.

We’re looking for someone with a medical or clinical background who can confidently interact with patients and families, understand their medical history and reports, and guide them through the next steps in their Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) journey.

What will you do?

◉ Speak with patients and families who enquire about BMT or CAR-T Cell Therapy.

◉ Understand their diagnosis, medical history, and available reports.

◉ Explain the BMT treatment journey and next steps in a clear and easy manner.

◉ Address initial patient concerns and help build confidence in the treatment process.

◉ Coordinate specialist consultations and hospital visits.

◉ Stay connected with patients through regular calls and WhatsApp follow-ups.

◉ Help local and outstation patients plan their hospital visits.

◉ Maintain proper follow-ups and patient/lead information in the CRM.

Who are we looking for?





◉ 2–5 years of experience in healthcare, patient counseling, hospital coordination, or a related field.

◉ Candidates with qualifications such as MBBS, BAMS, BHMS, BDS, or other recognized medical/clinical qualifications are welcome to apply.

◉ Good understanding of medical terminology, patient reports, and clinical communication.

◉ Excellent communication and active listening skills.

◉A patient, empathetic, and reassuring approach.

◉ Strong follow-up and coordination skills.

◉ Experience in Hematology, Oncology, Bone Marrow Transplant, or Transplant care will be an advantage.
