Roles and Responsibility
- Analyze financial data and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement in patient accounting.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors in patient accounting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve overall financial performance.
- Prepare and review financial statements and reports for accuracy and compliance.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with patient accounting operations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in patient accounting or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced workplace and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
