- Schedule and manage appointments, follow-ups, and specialist referrals.

- Ensure continuity of care by coordinating services across departments.

- Facilitate pre-visit planning and post-visit follow-up.

- Communicate treatment plans, procedure preparation, and care instructions clearly.

- Educate patients on available healthcare services, medications, and self-care practices.

- Act as a liaison between patients, families, and clinical staff.

- Verify insurance eligibility and obtain necessary pre-authorizations.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.

- Assist with billing inquiries and coordinate with financial counselors as needed.

- Monitor patient satisfaction and assist in resolving complaints or concerns.

- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards.

- Support care quality initiatives and participate in patient care team meetings.

Qualification:

- DHA/ MHA

- 2 - 5 years
