The role covers cake decoration, daily pastry production, and custom cake order design. Role: Cake decoration — birthday, celebration, and custom design orders Daily pastry production — cookies, savouries, and bakes Handling custom and bulk orders directly with customers Why this role:

- Full ownership of your cake designs, not just one station in a large team - Hands-on experience in commercial bakery operations — production planning, costing and inventory handling - Direct mentorship and close working relationship with ownership - Creative input in product development - Robust foundation for those looking to run their own bakery in future Requirements: Certificate or diploma in bakery and confectionery, or equivalent hands-on experience Comfortable with both routine production and custom cake work Work days: 6 days a week Pay: Rs. 18,000/- to Rs. 27,000/-
