Role Description The Parts Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of automotive parts and inventory. This role involves maintaining accurate stock levels, organizing storage and retrieval of service parts, and coordinating with service teams to ensure timely availability of components.

The Parts

Manager will monitor usage patterns, manage procurement and replenishment, and optimize inventory control processes to reduce shortages and excess stock. This position also requires close interaction with customers and service advisors to support service quality and customer satisfaction,



as well as maintaining documentation, complying with company policies, and ensuring that parts operations run efficiently.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Inventory Management and Inventory Control skills to maintain accurate stock records and optimize parts availability.
- Candidates should possess experience with Service Parts handling, including identification, ordering, storage, and issuance of automotive components.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to support service teams and enhance the overall workshop experience.
- Candidates should possess basic knowledge of automotive parts and service operations, along with proficiency in using inventory or ERP software.
- Relevant experience in parts management or warehouse operations in the automotive sector is preferred, with strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work in office in Indore, collaborate effectively with technicians and service advisors, and communicate clearly in English and local languages.
