Mann Talks is a mental health initiative founded by Vidhi Shanghvi, under the Shantilal Shanghvi Foundation. The initiative aims to transform lives by democratising access to mental health information, strengthening support systems, providing high-quality holistic services, and empowering individuals with self-care tools.

About the Role

We are looking for an enterprising Partnerships and Growth Manager who is passionate about improving the mental health infrastructure of the country.

The candidate will work closely with the leadership team and take end-to-end ownership of B2B growth and partnership initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the ideation, strategy, planning, and execution of partnerships and collaborations with:
- Corporates

- NGOs

- Government institutions

- Hospitals

- Clinical establishments

- Other relevant organisations

- Build and nurture strategic partnerships and collaborations.

- Represent Mann Talks at external events, workshops, and meetings.

- Track relevant growth and partnership metrics and analyse conversion and impact.





- Own growth and revenue targets and ensure timely delivery against measurable outcomes.

- Independently drive projects and initiatives from planning through execution.

- Take up additional responsibilities as assigned by the leadership team.

What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of relevant experience in closing B2B partnerships, business development, collaborations, or similar roles.

- Strong interest and passion for mental health and social impact.

- Proven ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive projects and outcomes.

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.

- Ability to think strategically while executing initiatives on the ground.

- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced workplace.

- Willingness to travel for outreach activities as required.

- Graduates from any discipline are welcome.

Ideal Candidate

Someone who is highly proactive, resourceful, relationship-driven, and commercially oriented, with the ability to build partnerships, open doors, convert opportunities, and take ownership of measurable growth outcomes.

- This is a fully in-person role based in Mumbai (Harbour Line).

- A minimum 2-year commitment is required.
