We are hiring: Partner Development Manager – Industrial Technology

We're looking for an experienced Development Manager – Industrial Technology to develop and manage our partner ecosystem across India and selected international markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and onboard distributors, VARs, system integrators and automation partners
- Drive channel sales and partner-led business opportunities
- Build strong relationships and conduct regular partner business reviews
- Support product demonstrations, customer meetings and techno-commercial proposals
- Conduct partner training and enablement programs
- Identify new market opportunities in manufacturing, warehousing, logistics and smart factory automation

Desired Profile

- 5–10 years of experience in Channel Sales,



Partner Management or Business Development
- Experience in Industrial IoT, Factory Automation, Industrial Sensors, PLC/SCADA or related technologies
- Robust experience working with distributors and system integrators
- Engineering degree in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, Mechanical or a related discipline
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel extensively across India and occasionally internationally
