We’re looking for someone who is responsible about sales, business development, outreach, and customer acquisition and wants to work closely with an early stage SaaS product.

About RestMic

RestMic is an AI powered project intelligence and operational visibility platform helping teams understand what’s happening across their projects, identify risks early, and improve execution.

What you'll be responsible for

Lead Generation & Outreach

- Identify relevant companies and decision-makers.
- Contact a minimum of 50 potential leads per 18-hour work cycle.
- Reach prospects through LinkedIn, email, company websites, and other relevant channels.
- Personalize outreach instead of sending generic messages.
- Start meaningful conversations with potential customers.

Follow-ups

- Consistently follow up with prospects.
- Maintain conversations with interested leads.
- Track follow-up dates and lead status.

Demo Scheduling

- Target a minimum of 3 qualified RestMic demos per 18-hour work cycle.




- Focus on genuine prospects, not just meeting numbers.
- Coordinate with the RestMic team for demos.

LinkedIn Growth

- Publish a minimum of 2 approved posts per 18-hour work cycle on the RestMic company page.
- Suggest content ideas.
- Engage with relevant LinkedIn conversations and potential customers.

Lead Management

- Maintain our shared Google Sheet.
- Track company, contact, role, outreach, responses, follow-ups, demo status, and notes.
- Make sure interested prospects don't get missed.

Monday - Saturday

5:00 PM – 8:00 PM IST

18 hours/week

Compensation

- ₹1800/week
- ₹1,000 incentive for every paying customer directly converted from a lead sourced and managed by you.

 The incentive is based on actual customer acquisition, not simply sending messages or booking demos.
