Role & responsibilities

1.As a Consultant Pathologist, you will be responsible for day to day activities at Lab and other Technical Departments

- Handle customer complaints and take appropriate steps to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle Feedback from Doctors and Consultants and interaction with them on report queries.
- Manage and train the Lab Staff on a regular basis.
- Certify and report all cases in the lab.
- Take care of Quality system and Quality Assurance program of the lab as per the NABL and CAP standards.
- Being an authorized signatory and verify all lab reports, you may be required to extend your working hours in case of exigencies.
- You are eligible for 12 days leave in a calendar year.

Preferred candidate profile

- MD / DNB in Pathology
- Immediate joiner preferred
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Should have experience in Biochemistry, Hematology, and Immunology reporting and report validation
- Should be comfortable working at the Vidyavihar location
- Robust knowledge of laboratory reporting, result interpretation, and quality standards will be preferred.
