Eduflute Academy is hiring enthusiastic and knowledgeable Part-Time Online Discrete Mathematics Tutors to conduct one-to-one online tutoring sessions for college and university students. We are looking for candidates who can simplify complex mathematical concepts and help students build strong analytical and problem-solving skills required in computer science, engineering, and related fields.

Position Details

- Job Type: Part-Time (Remote)
- Teaching Mode: One-to-One Sessions (No Batch Teaching)
- Student Level: College and University Students
- Compensation: ₹400 – ₹600 per hour
- Flexible Working Hours

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized online tutoring sessions in Discrete Mathematics.
- Teach core topics such as Logic, Set Theory, Relations and Functions, Proof Techniques, Combinatorics, Graph Theory, Trees, Boolean Algebra, Recurrence Relations, Probability, and Number Theory.
- Help students understand the mathematical foundations used in Computer Science and Software Engineering.
- Guide students in solving assignments, projects, quizzes, and examination preparation.
- Use practical examples and problem-solving techniques to strengthen conceptual understanding.
- Develop customized lesson plans according to student learning requirements.
- Encourage analytical thinking and mathematical reasoning skills.

Required Skills




- Strong understanding of Discrete Mathematics and its applications in Computer Science.
- Familiarity with mathematical tools, online whiteboards, graph visualization tools, and digital teaching platforms.
- Ability to explain complex mathematical concepts in a simple and structured manner.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
- Solid problem-solving and logical reasoning abilities.

Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 2–10 years preferred.
- Freshers with excellent subject knowledge and communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
- Previous teaching, tutoring, mentoring, or industry experience is an advantage.
- Must own a laptop or desktop with proper audio and video setup.
- Reliable high-speed Wi-Fi connection is mandatory.
- Comfortable conducting online live sessions and screen-sharing demonstrations.
