This is a 4-week contract-based role offering:
- Remuneration: Base pay of approx. INR 60000*
- Additional Performance incentives: Up to INR 24000 *The remuneration is estimated for a group of 25 students for a 4-week unit that requires ~10-15 hours of effort per week)

Work Flexibility
- Commitment of approximately 10–15 hours per week, 7 days a week.

Roles & Responsibilities:
The LINC Fellow is expected to:
- Provide subject matter guidance to a cohort of 20 - 30 undergraduate students
- Conduct 1:1 academic support sessions
- Guide students on course content and assessments
- Perform assessment grading with detailed, constructive feedback
- Manage and moderate weekly discussion forums
- Support students in developing academic skills such as writing, research, and time management
- Deliver timely, proactive, and personalised support to student queries
Engagement with students will take place via email, calls, and online platforms within defined availability hours.

Desired candidate profile
- Phd/ Master’s Degree/Diploma in Anatomy, Physiology, Medical Sciences, Biomedical Sciences or related discipline or related field with distinction or first-class from a reputed institution
- 3 years' relevant teaching, research and/or qualified experience in the last 5 years
- Preferred professional registration and/or recognised clinical or academic credentials like the National Medical Register (NMR) or the State Medical Council relevant to the discipline, where applicable (e.g., medical or dental registration, specialist certification, or recognised academic appointments).
- Strong interpersonal skills with an empathetic and collaborative approach
- Ability to engage effectively with diverse, global learners
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- High level of comfort with digital tools and platforms

Availability Requirement
The candidate is expected to be available between 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM IST, 7 days a week, during which they may put in 1–2 hours of work based on student needs and marking load.
