1. Should possess sound domain knowledge with excellent practical skills.
2. Training, Assessments and Placement readiness as per the course curriculum.
3. Ensure the Classroom and Practical training to the trainees.
4. Create and maintain a positive and skilled learning environment
5. Utilize a variety of the training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools, and practices to ensure maximum effectiveness of training delivery, as per the framework provided
6. Conduct specific training needs assessments to support the design, development and delivery
7. Partner with students in their learning process and ensure positive impact on the scorecard Performs other related duties as assigned or requested

To conduct classroom and practical assessments for the learners and evaluate their performance.
9. Must be a leader that sets the standard and expectations through example in his/her conduct, work ethic, integrity and character.
10. Manage the design, delivery and continuous improvement of training programs as well as ongoing learning opportunities across the organisation, in support of the organisations needs.

11. TOT certification from SSC

Preferred candidate profile Must possess a valid ToT certification from the HSSC.
