Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage day-to-day operations of the platform, ensuring seamless execution of projects and tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.
- Provide technical guidance to junior team members on PSM (Platform Management) best practices.
Job Requirements :
- 4-8 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry.
- Solid understanding of CPM (Cost Performance Measurement) principles and methodologies.
- Experience with platform architecture design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance, monitoring, troubleshooting.
