The PAM Administrator will be responsible for day-to-day Privileged Access Management (PAM) operations, administration, and monitoring activities. This role requires hands-on experience in executing routine PAM tasks, adhering to established operational procedures, and collaborating with OEM for advanced troubleshooting and complex issues.

Key Responsibilities

Perform daily PAM operational activities, including user onboarding, offboarding, and privileged access request fulfillment.

Execute PAM administration tasks in accordance with defined SOPs, runbooks, and operational processes.

Monitor PAM infrastructure and services, triage alerts, and support incident resolution activities.

Manage password resets, account reconciliations, access validations, and privileged account maintenance.

Troubleshoot access-related issues and implement approved change requests in accordance with established operational procedures.

Maintain accurate operational documentation and ensure adherence to security, compliance, and audit requirements.





Coordinate with OEM for advanced troubleshooting, product issues, and complex configurations.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience in PAM operations, IAM support or security operations.

Understanding of PAM concepts, privileged account management, and vault operations.

Background in operational/support roles with exposure to security administration activities.

Incident, Change, and service request management using ITSM tools

Soft Skills

Strong communication and documentation skills.

Positive analytical and troubleshooting abilities.

Ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, support teams, and external vendors.
