ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced Coating Supervisor / Painting Supervisor to oversee the application of protective and industrial coatings across our project sites in West India. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality-compliant coating application, timely project completion, accurate billing, and effective coordination between contractors and end-users/clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Supervise and oversee day-to-day coating/painting application activities at site

- Ensure strict quality control (QC) of coating application in line with project specifications and industry standards

- Monitor and ensure project completion within agreed timelines

- Prepare, verify, and submit bills/invoices on time,



ensuring accurate documentation of work completed

- Coordinate closely with contractors, site teams, and client/user representatives to ensure smooth execution

- Identify and resolve in office issues related to coating application, surface preparation, and material handling

- Maintain daily progress reports, inspection records, and QC documentation

- Ensure compliance with safety standards and site protocols

- Willingness to travel and stay at various project sites depending on business/project requirements

Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
