The selected candidate will be responsible for carrying out spray painting activities as per company standards, ensuring proper surface preparation, paint application, finishing quality, and adherence to safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform spray painting of components, parts, machinery, or industrial products as per specifications.
- Prepare surfaces through cleaning, sanding, masking, and other required processes before painting.
- Mix and prepare paints, primers, thinners, and coatings according to required specifications.
- Operate and maintain spray-painting equipment and related tools.
- Ensure uniform paint application, proper thickness, smooth finishing, and high-quality output.
- Identify and rectify painting defects such as uneven coating, runs, bubbles, or colour mismatch.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping of the painting area.




- Follow all company safety procedures and use the required personal protective equipment.
- Coordinate with the production and quality teams to meet production and quality requirements.

Candidate Profile
- Candidates with relevant experience in industrial or automotive spray painting are preferred.
- Good knowledge of spray-painting techniques, surface preparation, and paint mixing.
- Ability to understand and follow work instructions and quality standards.
- Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
- Candidates with strong practical skills and relevant hands-on experience will be given preference.
