- Supervise day-to-day packing operations as per the production plan.

- Allocate manpower to different packing activities and workstations.

- Ensure packing is carried out as per approved SOPs, specifications and quality standards.

- Monitor primary and secondary packing activities.

- Ensure correct product, packing material, batch number, MFD, EXP and other label details are used.

- Verify line clearance before starting a new product/batch.

- Check availability and condition of packing materials before production.

- Ensure correct quantity/weight of product is packed in each unit.

- Monitor sealing, coding, labelling and packing quality.

- Conduct regular in-process checks during packing.

- Ensure rejected, damaged or defective packs are properly identified and segregated.

- Maintain proper identification and segregation of OK, rejected and hold material.

- Ensure FIFO/FEFO principles are followed wherever applicable.

- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Stores and Maintenance departments.

- Report packing deviations, machine breakdowns, material shortages and quality issues to the concerned department.

- Ensure packing machines and equipment are operated safely and correctly.

- Coordinate with Maintenance for packing-machine breakdowns and repairs.





- Ensure packing-area cleanliness and hygiene as per GMP/GHP requirements.

- Ensure employees follow personal hygiene, PPE and food-safety requirements.

- Monitor housekeeping and proper disposal of packing waste.

- Ensure all required production and packing records are completed accurately and on time.

- Verify batch-wise packing quantities and reconciliation of packing materials.

- Minimize packing material wastage and product loss.

- Ensure finished goods are properly transferred to the designated FG storage area.

- Maintain discipline, attendance and proper work practices among packing workers.

- Train workers on packing procedures, hygiene, safety and quality requirements.

- Monitor worker productivity and packing-line efficiency.

- Ensure secure handling and storage of packing materials.

- Support investigations of customer complaints, internal deviations and product rejections.

- Ensure corrective and preventive actions related to packing are implemented.

- Maintain proper shift handover and communicate pending issues to the next shift.

- Perform any other packing-related duties assigned by the Production/Factory Manager.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
