Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Packing Supervisor to oversee daily packing operations. The role requires strong leadership, adherence to compliance standards, and the ability to maintain a hygienic and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) across all packing activities.
- Ensure a hygienic atmosphere in the packing area at all times.
- Monitor and manage stock levels, including shift-wise stock handling and reporting.
- Implement SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) effectively and ensure team compliance.
- Identify and resolve problems immediately to avoid operational delays.
- Promote and maintain a positive working attitude among team members.




- Ensure regularity and discipline in attendance and work practices.

Requirements

- Strong knowledge of GMP and SOP implementation.
- Ability to manage stock and maintain accurate records.
- Problem-solving skills with quick decision-making ability.
- Good communication and leadership qualities.
- Commitment to maintaining hygiene and safety standards.
- Reliable, punctual, and consistent in work ethics.

Work Environment

- Fast-paced production/packing unit.
- Requires hands-on supervision and coordination with multiple teams.
