Role & responsibilities

- Supporting Production and Quality functions

- Handle ISO/ORKLA standards related activities, reviews and upkeep.

- Supporting in maintaining and improving ISO/ORKLA standards of the department

- Coordinating with Cylinder Manufacturers, Marketing, QA, R&D; and Production for making Cylinders

- Supporting QA and Production in updating and validation of BOM and Recipe.

- Supporting QA in testing of incoming / in-process and FG material

- Supporting in maintaining and improving hygienic / safety standard of the department

- Carry out daily intra department audit.

- Handle export packaging material understanding relevant countries requirement

- Ensure effective use of the resources to ensure maximum efficiency in terms of cost and productivity

- Co-ordinating with all stake holders on cylinder processing.

- Documentation of QMS & its review.

- To implement systems & methods of fact-based systematic work through establishing performance measure & standards for all Processes.

- Support Black Belt program in reducing packaging manufacturing costs.

- BOM & Receipe validation of Packaging materials
