About the Internship

Maskoid Technologies is looking for a Client Communication & Management Intern who is confident, organized, and interested in building a career in client communication, client relationship management, and project coordination.

This is a hands-on paid internship where you will get the opportunity to communicate with real clients and work closely with our internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Communicate with clients through email, WhatsApp, phone calls, and online meetings.
- Understand client requirements, expectations, and concerns.
- Clearly communicate client requirements to the respective internal teams.
- Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams.
- Follow up with team members on ongoing client tasks and deliverables.
- Provide clients with regular updates regarding project progress.
- Handle day-to-day client queries and coordinate with the relevant team for resolutions.
- Maintain proper records of client communication, requirements, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate client meetings and discussions when required.
- Prepare meeting notes and communicate action items to the concerned team.
- Follow up on deadlines and ensure client requirements are properly communicated and tracked.
- Build and maintain skilled relationships with clients.




- Identify client concerns and escalate important issues to senior team members when required.
- Support the team in ensuring smooth day-to-day management of client projects.

Qualifications

Requirements

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good command of English.
- Confident and comfortable communicating with clients.
- Good listening and understanding skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and client requirements.
- Professional attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and email communication is preferred.
