As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert.




- Required active participation and contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal operation.
- Document configuration changes and maintain detailed records of system modifications.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on application usage and best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Collibra Data Governance.
- Experience with configuring and managing SaaS applications using APIs and low-code platforms.
- Strong understanding of application lifecycle management including release management and version control.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve system stability and performance issues effectively.
- Familiarity with integration techniques to ensure compatibility across various software components.

Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Collibra Data Governance.
- This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
