Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students regarding overseas education, universities, courses, and study destinations.
- Understand students’ academic profiles and recommend suitable study options.
- Handle and follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.




- Convert prospective students into successful enrollments.
- Maintain accurate student and lead records in the CRM.
- Achieve counselling, conversion, and sales targets.
- Coordinate with students throughout the admission process.
- Stay updated on university requirements, courses, and admission processes.

What We’re Looking For

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counselling, convincing, and negotiation abilities.
- A sales-oriented and target-driven approach.
- Knowledge of study-abroad destinations and admission processes will be an added advantage.
- Ability to build robust relationships with students and understand their requirements.
