- Build and modify conversational flows across dialog, orchestration, and knowledge layersn
- RAG / knowledge-retrieval tuningn




- Own escalation logic: transfer conditions, routing destinations, context payload, and reason-code registrationn
- Experience with LLM-driven conversation: prompt behavior, guardrail design, and awareness that models generate content nobody authoredn
- Integrate backend systems through the established handler layern
- Author automated tests — unit tests plus platform conversation-level test cases — and maintain the regression suiten
- Build and own CI/CD: validation, test execution, and gated promotion across setting tiersn
- Own deployment and rollback; act as first responder for production incidentsn
- Independently diagnose and remediate defects to root cause, with a regression test accompanying every fixn
- Own configuration and feature-flag governancen
- Maintain design, test, and state documentation in alignment with running behaviorn
