What will you do?

- Support the operational workflows for outreach campaigns across multiple brands and creators.
- Coordinate with creators, talent managers, and vendors after collaborations to ensure all deliverables, timelines, and documentation requirements are met.
- Follow up on campaign deliverables including links, screenshots, and other required proofs to ensure campaigns are closed properly.
- Maintain accurate trackers for campaign deliverables, budgets, and documentation.
- Ensure all required campaign assets and records are organised and documented for internal and client reference.
- Cross-check invoices against agreed deliverables and commercial scopes before processing.
- Coordinate with the finance team to ensure smooth alignment on payment timelines and documentation.
- Flag discrepancies in scope, deliverables, or commercials early to relevant teams.
- Support the outreach team in maintaining operational discipline across multiple ongoing collaborations and campaigns.

Pay: ₹10,028.10 - ₹32,590.53 per month
