Roles Responsibilities

- Conduct regular outbound cold calls and introduce Ysquare s services
- Initiate conversations, understand requirements and identify potential opportunities
- Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings with appropriate internal teams
- Maintain CRM for leads, client interactions, meetings, and follow-ups

Requirements

- Fluent English communication both verbal and spoken skills. US accent would be a plus.
- Solid client-handling, cold-calling, follow-up, and conversational skills
- Confident, outgoing, proactive and self-motivated personality
- Comfortable speaking with new people without hesitation

Qualification

- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
- Freshers with strong communication skills, American accent, and confidence in cold calling are welcome
- 0 2 years of experience in business development, inside sales, cold calling, client coordination, customer relationship management, or similar roles preferred
