Role Description The Outreach Intern is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for supporting and expanding Student Forge’s network of students, institutions, and partners. Day-to-day tasks include conducting community outreach activities, engaging with students and stakeholders, and assisting in organizing events, workshops, and information sessions. The intern will communicate regularly with interested participants, respond to inquiries, and provide basic customer service to ensure a positive experience.

The role involves researching relevant opportunities and communities, drafting outreach content and messages, and maintaining accurate records of outreach efforts and engagement.

Intern will collaborate with internal teams to promote initiatives, gather feedback, and contribute ideas to strengthen student engagement.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging with students, partners, and stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Research and Community Outreach skills to identify opportunities, build relationships, and support network growth.
- Candidates should possess Writing skills to create clear, compelling outreach messages, emails, and event communication.
- Candidates should demonstrate interpersonal skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to present information confidently.
- Candidates should be currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant program (e.g., communications, marketing, social sciences) or show equivalent experience.
- Candidates should be comfortable working on-site in Hyderabad, managing multiple tasks, and using common digital tools for communication and documentation.
- Prior experience in student organizations, event coordination, or community initiatives is beneficial.
