We’re Hiring | Outlet Manager

Enoki Hospitality is looking for an experienced and responsible Outlet Manager to join our team in Gurugram – Sector 47.

Location: Gurugram, Sector 47

Work Location: Kitchen Outlet / Cloud Kitchen

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience: Minimum 1 year in Outlet/Restaurant/Cloud Kitchen Operations

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day outlet operations

Supervise and manage outlet staff

Monitor order accuracy, packing & dispatch

Handle inventory and wastage control

Ensure hygiene, food safety & SOP compliance

Handle customer complaints and operational issues

Monitor team performance and manpower deployment

Prepare daily/weekly operational reports

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Team handling experience preferred

✅ Robust communication & leadership skills

✅ Good problem-solving ability

✅ Experience in hospitality, restaurant or cloud kitchen operations.

Pay: ₹13,136.91 - ₹30,000.00 per month
