As a Lead Generation Associate, you will be responsible for handling Australian Outbound Calling for the lead generation process. The role involves making outbound calls to Australian customers, generating leads, maintaining follow-ups, and ensuring high call quality while meeting daily and weekly targets. You will also be responsible for handling customer queries politely and professionally, maintaining consistency in performance, and contributing to overall team targets through disciplined calling and follow-up practices.

Job Responsibilities

Candidate Requirements

•Experience:



Minimum 3 months in international outbound calling

•Experience in sales calls or lead generation will be an added advantage

•Excellent English communication skills

•Good listening and interpersonal skills

•Ability to stay calm and skilled under pressure

•Willingness to work in early morning (Australian) shift hours

Compensation

•₹18,000 – ₹28,000 per month (in hand) + Attractive Incentives

Working Conditions

•Shift Timings: 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Monday to Friday), •5:00 AM – 11:00 AM (Saturday)

•Sunday Fixed Off
