Role Overview:
We are looking for an Order Management / Sales Coordinator skilled to manage the complete order lifecycle, from order acceptance to invoicing and closure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Looking for women empowerment or preferably females
- Manage order processing, sales orders, contracts, pricing, invoicing and order closure.
- Coordinate with customers, sales, operations, plant, QC, supply chain and finance teams.
- Handle dispatch planning, logistics, shipping documentation and material movement.
- Manage customer communication, payment follow-ups, PDC/LC documentation and collections.
- Monitor production progress, prepare MIS and invoicing forecasts.
- Execute purchase contracts and manage end-to-end project coordination, including technical documentation, third-party agencies, inspections and customer approval
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
