? Role Overview

We are looking for an Order Management Specialist / SME to manage end-to-end customer order operations across APAC, NAM & ROW markets . The role involves order processing, customer service, SAP/Salesforce operations, issue resolution, reporting, and SLA compliance.

? Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end customer order processing across APAC, NAM & ROW.
- Process and validate orders using SAP & Salesforce .
- Handle customer cases, returns, claims and chargebacks .
- Manage credit/debit memos and maintain audit records.
- Prepare operational and delivery reports .
- Resolve issues and escalate exceptions within SLA .
- Maintain SOPs,



trackers and process documentation.
- Support continuous improvement and automation initiatives.
- Ensure quality, productivity and compliance with business requirements.

? Mandatory Skills ✅ 2+ years of Order Management / Order-to-Cash experience

✅ SAP & Salesforce experience

✅ Customer order processing & validation

✅ Returns / Chargebacks / Credit-Debit Memo knowledge

✅ SLA & customer service management

✅ Positive analytical and problem-solving skills
